Configuring transfers
For each transfer there has to be a configuration file in the conf directory.
Also there has to be a putty session profile saved - this provides access to the
cached host key, and any proxy configuration. Each transfer also requires its
own inbox directory to be created.
Any files placed in the defined inbox subdrectory will be transferred according
to the definition.
If a response file is retrieved, it will be placed in a subdirectory (with the same name) of
response.
