Message details

To aid with explaining the message format I will use message 7 as an example:

message.text.7 = 'Definition $\vert$ disabled - ignoring'
message.severity.7 = 'E'
message.help.7 = 'The definition is specifically disabled in the configuration file. The definition should be removed if not needed. It can be left as disabled if it may be required in future.'

The message numbers are used as an index, message text can be translated
