Initial transfer

Once the transfers have been configured, simply place a file to be transferred into the configured directory (eg inbox$\backslash$sample). SFTPPlus will transfer the file to the remote destination automatically.

When a transfer completes message 46 ('File sent OK.') is issued. If a transfer fails, message 45 = 'Secure ftp error' will be issued.
